A)Yes, we do. We don't charge extra for postage/freight for most of our products. Freight is not included on our bigger off-grid power stations. If your delivery address requires using more than one freight company's or you live in an isolated area or an area where freight prices are higher than normal, you may be requested to cover the extra cost involved. This will be discussed at time of ordering.

A)No, we don't. We display and demonstrate our products at Tiny Home Expos, industry, music, camping, lifestyle expos/events etc. around Australia. Many of our sales are through recommendations and word of mouth.

A)Freight to us for possible warranty repairs is covered by the customer. We cover freight back to nominated address, under our usual freight inclusions. If the issue is not covered under warranty (misuse, tampered with, incorrect storage, user error etc) freight will be at customers expense.
