Q) Do you deliver Australia wide?

A) Yes, we do. We don't charge extra for postage/freight for most of our products. Freight is not included on our bigger off-grid power stations. If your delivery address requires using more than one freight company's or you live in an isolated area or an area where freight prices are higher than normal, you may be requested to cover the extra cost involved. This will be discussed at time of ordering.

 

Q) Do you have a shop front?

A) No, we don't. We display and demonstrate our products at Tiny Home Expos, industry, music, camping, lifestyle expos/events etc. around Australia. Many of our sales are through recommendations and word of mouth.

 

Q) Can I phone you, or do I have to send an email?

A) Calling & speaking to us is preferred, however you are welcome to send an email.

 

Q) If I have a question about using my product, where can I get help?

A) If reading the user guide doesn't answer your question, please feel free to call us or send an email if you prefer. We want you to be able to use the product with ease and to its full potential.

 

Q) Who covers cost of freight if my product needs to be returned for repairs, if covered by warranty?

A) Freight to us for possible warranty repairs is covered by the customer. We cover freight back to nominated address, under our usual freight inclusions. If the issue is not covered under warranty (misuse, tampered with, incorrect storage, user error etc) freight will be at customers expense.
